I. Minutes – Minutes from the Tuesday January 24, 2012 were approved
II. Membership Applications were approved for:

III. Old Business – we are still looking for volunteers for the audit committee.
IV. New Business – CME was awareded from the WHC. An email will be sent by John Garza about the credits. If you are not up to date on your dues you will not be able to receive CME credit for the meetings.
V. Treasurer’s report was reviewed
