October 25, 2014 Meeting Minutes

Meeting called to order at 9:30am.

I.  Committee Reports

    1. Advocacy Committee:  Dr. Redbord discussed testifying along with Dr. Venna at the DC Council in September 2014 to ban tanning bed use by minors. She encouraged members to participate in such efforts.
  1. Social Committee: Dr. Anatelli announced plans to hold a family and members event in 2015. This will be very similar to the 2014 BBQ event. Dates and location TBD.

II.  Old Business:

The following applications for membership were voted in-favor: E. Rothman, M.D. ,  Dominique Pichard, M.D and Jorge Toro, M.D.

III. New Business:

    1. New membership application was presented for Dr. H.E. Cronin
  1. Next Atlantic Dermatology Conference, Philadelphia April 24-26, 2015 http://atlanticdermconference.org/

Next meeting scheduled for Friday, December 5 at 12:00pm at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:00 PM.
